The Coastal Bend MYC’s First Annual, Salt Water Challenge – RC Laser Regatta is right around the corner and here is what is on the menu:
Special thanks to Lauren and Mike Causey for arranging both a Saturday and Sunday Lunch for the group. During registration, you will have the opportunity to pick from our 5 sandwich choices and street tacos and every order will come with kettle chips. Our caterer will have “no problem” delivering by 12 noon. During lunch and the regatta various sodas, gatorade and water will be available from our ice chests.
Here is a sneak peek at our Regatta Lunch Menu:
Chicken, steak, or pork with lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. You can also add queso blanco, guac, and mango salsa.
OG PHILLY MAC
Thinly sliced steak or chicken, sautéed peppers and onions, queso blanco, and homemade mac & Cheese served on a hoagie roll.
Roasted pork, black forest ham, swiss cheese, dill pickles, and our house made honey mustard on a hoagie roll will make you wish you were in Havana.
Savory chicken panin, applewood smoked bacon, provolone cheese, and house-made ranch dressing served on a toasted hoagie roll.
Sliced turkey, bacon, guacamole, cucumbers, shredded lettuce, provolone cheese, sprouts, and a basil pesto mayo served on a hoagie roll.

Chicken, pineapple & mango salsa, provolone, and pineapple ailoi served on a toasted hoagie roll.
